Carl, thanks for your response. Obviously, *I* want them to use Sametime, but I'm having trouble getting the audio portion to work properly. And our playback of recorded meetings is very slow.
Currently, IM is not an issue here, although it may be in the future. I'm just trying to find out if there's a Raindance to Sametime comparison anywhere that looks at the meeting & collaboration part of the tool without worrying about the IM.
